Our bags are produced in small batches. Delivery times may vary but expect at least two weeks for shipment.
We ship worldwide via DHL. Our shipping costs include free shipping over an amount of €400 of purchase. Flat rates apply as follows:

We accept payments via Credit Card or PayPal.
All orders are scrupulously and individually checked before shipment. We accept returns within 14 days of goods delivery. A refund for the full amount of purchased goods will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We provide a return shipment label with each purchase. Shipment costs will be charged to the buyer and subtracted from the refund. As an alternative, customers may use a shipping service of their choice, as long as it is trackable and insured. Non-traceable and uninsured returns are not allowed.
Differences in tone and texture testify the natural origin of the leather and their treatment adding to the uniqueness and the charm of product. Leather naturally ages with light and it's susceptible to change if exposed to water, e.g. rain.
Clean your bag with natural creams containing no solvents, keep away from direct sunlight and strong heat sources as much as possible.
Consider however that use and ageing will make your bag become part of your memory.
